It hurts when I do that!

 I hear ya!  Check out the video and you'll catch a glimpse of some of the injuries I've acquired over the years.


Having the want and the drive to move forward is key to your success.
Can you work around your injuries?  Most likely!  I would, as your trainer, always have you check with your Doctor, Physical Therapist or other medical professional to guide or authorize the exercise program that you participate in.  Being able to move is that important.
Exercise has helped decrease many of my symptoms.
If you are dealing with injury or another medical condition, check with your doctor.  Take the little steps to better your health.  You'll be amazed at how you'll feel.
